I like the color of the sock yarn! And I know what you mean, I find it hard to NOT crochet, even if I'm not well in some way. I love your hook, is it one of those rosewood crochet hooks? They just started selling them at my local AC Moore, and I love how they look.
It's actually a Brittany, a friend of mine gave it to me. :) I got the sock yarn from Elann, it is the Sock it to Me Esprit, except I bought the last skeins they had.
